LOCATION: West Silver Lake Drive at Tesla Avenue and Hawick Street

In 2013, SLRC completed a years-long project to offer the community two sets of interpretive signs along the pedestrian path. One set of signs is located at the corner of Tesla Avenue and West Silver Lake Drive, and the other is on West Silver Lake Drive at Hawick Drive. 

These signs, supported by a grant from the Annenberg Foundation, provide information about the role of the reservoirs in Los Angeles' famed water history, as well as about the plants and animals found on the reservoir property.
